AREAS OF ACTIVITY:

CLASSROOM ASSISTANT: The assistant will collaborate with the educator in the demands of school support, pedagogical tasks, recreation, meals and other activities.

DESIGNER AND SOCIAL MEDIA: Create designs for printed and digital materials. Manage our social networks, sharing stories and special moments. Strengthen our online presence and attract more support for our cause.

SOCIAL WORKER: Carry out case studies and referrals to ensure the well-being and healthy development of children in our institution, may also organize lectures with local speakers on social resources and services.

VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR: Responsible for assisting in the recruitment, training and integration of new volunteers, in addition to maintaining a positive relationship with them, encouraging and recognizing their work. You will also be responsible for monitoring the action plan and activities assigned to volunteers.

ASSIST. RESOURCE MOBILIZATION: Responsible for setting up a dashboard to collect information about demands and proposals, prepare justifications for proposals, organize indicators and prepare accountability reports.

BIODYNAMIC AND PERMACULTURE FARMER: Guide and coordinate community activities and joint efforts related to biodynamic agriculture and permaculture. Evaluate the institution's space and provide guidance for its improvement, following sustainable principles. Collaborate with the team to implement agricultural practices that promote the health of soil, flora and fauna.

GROUP FACILITATOR: Will be responsible for conducting activities on integration/pedagogical break days, when there are no direct activities with children, focusing on topics of self-knowledge, personal development and other specific content, such as racial literacy, inclusion, diversity, Brazilianness, among others.
